Terms
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Guest Agreement:
To remain compliant with local laws and regulations, a signed agreement is needed before staying at the property. We want to make your stay with us as smooth as possible, so after you book we'll ask you to sign a guest agreement and provide photo ID for verification. It outlines all of our rules, terms and conditions. You may ask to view the agreement before booking if you have any questions. For clarification purposes, we want to emphasize that booking this property signifies your acceptance of the terms outlined in the agreement (regardless of whether you view or sign it) and non-compliance with its rules may disqualify you for a full or partial refund. Once signed, you will be all set to receive the door code on check-in day.
Security Hold:
Security holds and deposits are standard practice in the rental industry. A deposit hold of up to $500 is needed to stay at the property. It's just a hold on your provided payment method, not a charge. We understand that security is important. Thus, our payment processor, Stripe, keeps your information securely encrypted so we don't have access to it. All payment data is securely transmitted to Stripe through a 2048-bit TLS certificate.
